Headache and Dizziness

When you have a headache, you should immediately check the cervical spine to check whether C1 and C2 are misaligned. Some patients also have hand numbness, hand weakness, or long-term shoulder and neck pain.

Neck pain 

In general, increased pain and discomfort are clear signs of deterioration. The neck pain now radiates to the shoulders, upper arms, and hands, paralysis of the upper limbs, or partial muscle weakness in the upper limbs, are symptoms of Cervical Radiculopathy.

Sciatica

Causes of Sciatica:

~ Spinal disc herniation (L4, L5, S1), causing compression of lumbar nerves and degeneration of the lumbar spine

~ Excessive fatigue, work strain ~ Poor posture or standing and sitting for long periods of time
