The pelvis is very easy to shift after childbirth, and the body naturally loses balance, causing the spine to be misaligned, and gradually the nerves will be compressed, causing a lot of pain. About eight out of ten women who were examined said they had back pain, and some people's conditions became more and more serious. They always thought that back pain after childbirth was normal, so they did not go for any examination or seek medical treatment.

One of them was Ms. Chen, who was about 30 years old. When checking her pelvis, she found that her left pelvis was higher, while her right pelvis was lower and rotated. After observing her overall posture, she was found to have uneven shoulders. When she bent forward, both sides of her waist muscles would be sore and tired. The main result of her examination was that her pelvis was not straight, which caused the 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae to be misaligned. If it is not taken seriously, the lumbar nerves will be compressed, and finally, it will cause leg numbness and cramps. It turned out that Ms. Chen had already experienced leg numbness and frequent cramps a few months ago, and she thought it was caused by fatigue. After receiving painless spinal and pelvic correction treatment, Ms. Chen felt that the pain from the waist to the pelvis was reduced, and it was much easier to walk.

If ladies want to self-assess whether their pelvis is displaced, the most convenient and simple way to check is to stand in front of a mirror and check whether the position of the two sides of the pelvis in front of you is balanced. If it is uneven, the pelvis is likely displaced. Then clap your feet together and check whether there is a distance of more than 1 cm between the knees. If there is, it may be that the hip joint or one side of the pelvis is externally rotated. Regular spinal and pelvic examinations are necessary. Don't wait for the pain to come, get a spinal examination now!

If the examination finds that the pelvis is indeed dislocated, spinal physical therapy can be used to correct the pelvis, which can usually be restored after two to three treatments. However, muscle massage techniques should also be used to relax the nearby hip and leg muscles to ensure that there is no more displacement problem.
